Purpose of the service

Kyash Flow is a performance and productivity tool designed for insurance professionals. It may help users record targets, cases, appointments, product information, estimated commissions and lapse impact.

No insurer affiliation or guarantee

Unless expressly stated, Kyash Flow is not an insurance company, broker or insurer. Information displayed does not guarantee policy issuance, commission payment, production credit or acceptance by any insurer.

User responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of information entered and for independently confirming official figures, policy status, commission statements and conservation data with the relevant insurer.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the platform or use Kyash Flow unlawfully.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and activity conducted through your account.

Availability and changes

Features may be changed, suspended or discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Intellectual property

Kyash Flow branding, software, designs and content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kyash Flow will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
